WHY BUY THIS DECK

This lovely deck embodies a spirit of inclusion, healing and insight reflecting the beauty of the people of earth. Included is an uplifting booklet, a satin bag, a keepsake box and the whole thing is crafted by an independent self-funded artist not some big budget company drowning the market in cheaply made, flimsy, short-lived tarot cards.

I made this deck slowly and with care and then had it manufactured with excellent quality. When you purchase from me you’re making a thoughtful choice to honor a small woman-owned business and to best support the future creative process.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, ApplePay and Amazon Pay.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE

No. We only ship to the continental United States of America due to the prohibitive shipping costs of shipping outside the mainland.

SHIPPING TIMES

As we all know it is difficult to foresee the future thus we do not guarantee shipping times as carriers no longer guarantee them due to COVID-19 delays. Please be patient and thoughtful when waiting for your package. Factors that can effect delivery include carrier staffing issues, inclement weather, customs delays and periodic shut down of shipping hubs. Our advantage is we have our product in hand and are not waiting on delivery to us. Read our SHIPPING POLICY.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER

Please email us at hello@greyrosegames.com with the subject CANCEL ORDER and I‘ll do my best to cancel your order before it ships. If the order has shipped we cannot cancel it. 

RETURN-TO-SENDER

If orders are returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to pay customs fees, the order can be shipped back at the customer’s expense including any “Return-to-Sender” fees imposed by the shipping company. Alternatively, we can refund the customer for the cost of the deck minus any shipping charges and “return-to-sender” fees imposed by the shipping company.

 

TAXES AND CUSTOMS 

We charge sales tax as required by our locality. Please note our pricing does not include import fees, brokerage fees, customs, duties and VAT which are subject to the laws and regulations of each individual country but we do our best to minimize costs.

WHO’S BEHIND THIS?

Hi! I’m Nikole and I’m just a one-woman show at this point. I illustrated the deck, wrote the guide book, designed all its packaging, designed the website, wrote the articles, handle the CRM, do the fulfillment and so it goes.

But just because I wear many hats, doesn’t mean I’m alone. I have a very dedicated pack of familiars to help motivate me!
